Ian AlexanderPaid for climate controlled storage. Went mid-summer and it was HOT in our interior unit. Called and they said “yeah, we got some other reports, we’ll have someone look at it.” Went back the next month, and it was still HOT. Filed a complaint, and a week or two later they said it had been fixed. Went yesterday, and it was still warm. Saw that the AC was SET TO 82 on AUTO (so the heat still comes on), and it was locked so no customer could change it. We never got offered any refund for the climate control we weren’t getting, and also got a notification that the price was going up almost $200 the next month. I want to like this place, but what we experienced is unacceptable.
