First of all when you start off it’s no more than 60$ after renting for months it went up to 18.00 a month. Not only that I opened my storage and boom there’s a mouse. I would highly not recommend. People must make these reviews the first month when they think everything will be sweet.

Casey CarterMy living room furniture & bed set was destroyed when I rented a unit out at the North Watkins location. Some how water got in my storage and destroyed my items. The insurance didn’t replace my destroyed items. A total lost from a bedroom set & living room furniture that I purchased a yr ago before moving into this storage unit. The workers lied if I made a claim that I would be compensated for my lost items.
