This is a nice place to store things and I feel comfortable that my unit is secure. Unauthorized people are not able to get inside because you are given a unique code to access the building once you rent a unit. You must bring your own lock for the unit. This is climate controlled storage. There are trolleys available to use to move your things and there are also restrooms available. Office staff is there during the day as well and the place is always clean. There are cameras inside, but it would be nice if they had a few more to cover every hallway, however, we have had our unit for over a year and have not had any issues. Whenever I call I don’t have any trouble speaking to a live representative and they are always so helpful.

Little JohnnyI've been a tenant at this Just Store It! location for more than a dozen years and highly recommend it for either your short-term or long-term storage needs. It is clean, well lighted, and easy to access no matter where your unit is located within the facility's two adjacent sections (one offers 24-hour access, the other is accessible only during business hours and when a facility employee is on duty at the front desk. The staff are wonderful and always helpful in any way they can.
Shawn CordellI went through a divorce 3 years ago and needed somewhere to store my belongings while I was in the process of moving. I called and spoke with Jenn and she was great and very helpful. After 3 years of my belongings being in storage I noticed I had some water damage to some of my belongings and contacted Jenn. She then asked me if I had the protection plan and I did, she told me to go through the damaged materials and take pictures and bring them to her and Seth Kincaid and they would access the damage. I was very pleased with the timely manner they handled this. $10 extra a month for $2500 of protection. The Just Protection plan saved me from losing all of my damaged items. I didn't have to deal with anybody but Jenn and Seth which made it much easier than dealing with a third party individual.
