Overall first experience has been great. The facility is well maintained. They had a kiosk outside when nobody was there for me to startup my process. The guy at the desk was very helpful and units are easily accessible.

Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the location manager since I first got the unit three months ago. Now, I’m having payment issues trying to change my method for the second time after the first didn’t work and still can’t get in contact with them. This is ridiculous. I also have family that also wanted to get in contact with the manager but can’t. Whoever is at the location ignores voicemails and must also ignore the help desk. This is garbage service. If you can, just go with a local unit.
Wayne LongWorst company ever. They had a leak and ruined everything in my unit. Its full of mold and rats. They refuse to make things right. They won't meet up with me and will only contact me through email.

Even showed how to pay through the Kiosk at the location and how to set up the App on my phone so I could use it to open the gate if I wanted too. Location is nice new and bright and still has that new car smell. Top notch staff and facility A+
Amy SIf you've ever rented a storage shed in the past with the typical large companies put all of those nightmares behind you. Universal is doing it right. They are what storage facilities should be in current times. EASY to see what is available, EASY to reserve and immediately start using your storage within minutes automatically without waiting on slow or non-existent customer service, GREAT customer service when you have a question, and the ability to 100% setup and pay your account online. This facility is their newest. Everything is clean. Automatic lights, door codes to get in a regular door or a big orange automatic garage door to pull into if you have a moving truck. Camera's everywhere for security and a climate controlled building. As soon as you go in there's dolly's available. It's like someone just made a big EASY button for storage. Very impressed. Sending out kudos to Lance for being extra awesome in helping me.
