Such an easy and pleasant same-day rental experience at this location. The Property Manager Carmen was so kind and a pleasure to work with. She was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. A pleasant change over other storage unit rental experiences! I am confident should we ever need anything she will be a helpful resource. The facility is convenient for our needs and the app made property access easy. Our unit was clean and dry (always check before renting). I appreciated the option to lock in the promo rate for six months by doing pre-pay.
Jeffrey HooverThe application is very easy. it is very smart enabling access by the phone. instead of having to pull out your wallet, pull out your card and typing in the long numbers and code. and the woman who opened my account? oh my goodness! she was knowledgeable and covered every aspect even before I asked. the question. is almost like she's worked there for 20 years. And the woman was very pleasant and such a nice voice that you're upset that the conversation is over.!!!
