Danielle was awesome! We just arrived from Colorado to Crossville, TN and Danielle was super helpful allowing us to see the units that we reserved. We were not sure if the units were big enough and were concerned about door sizes. She stayed on the phone helping until we found what we needed AND helped navigate the rental process. Excellent customer service and pricing was great too! Love that it is a month to month unit so as our building project progresses we can downsize as needed to accommodate our needs. Thanks Danielle!

Great storage option! Established business, very professional, friendly helpful service. Units are clean, and access driveways are well maintained with roll up doors facing them making loading/unloading easy. Solid construction. Compound is fenced and gated, with cameras and manager is there during normal business hours. Access is easy and long hours. So far, so good!

From the first phone call from Danielle who was an exceptional agent who signed me up and walked me through every detail in the most professional way to walking in to the Crossville office and the on site agent was easy and transparent compared to the first storage unit in this community when I moved here was a nightmare. This company has every detail down like a science and makes you feel like they have your back in protecting your belongings. The front office is accommodating, friendly, kind, and helpful, and a pleasure to do business with.

My experience with Luis was excellent, even though poor Luis had to put up with my ranting and raving about 2 leaky units at another one of Go Store It facilities in Crossville, TN. He let me vent, and then he answered all my questions with calm energy and still made me feel like a valued customer, so kudos to Luis for handling me with experience and expertise! He has advised me where to go from here to possibly solve my issue, and has specifically told me to call back and ask for him, and he will help me further to solve this situation.
