I was very pleased with the Public Storage rental facility on South Rowlet in Collierville TN. The facility was easy to access, the storage space was clean & easy to open & close. I talked with the gentleman that is usually on site several times & he was always responsive, helpful & courteous. These are things that are very hard to come by these days & I was very impressed. I did have a little delay in closing out the storage unit in my name, but with the help of Mr. Griff it was closed out quickly & I received an email releasing me from that storage unit. If in the future I need to rent another storage unit, it will definitely be from Public Storage. I still have several units that are active in Rockwall, TX that I give the same 5 star rating. Thanks again Griff!

SixSent “SixSentSoldiers” SoldiersSimply Self Storage is great. Until you only need 1 of the 2 units you been renting for almost a year. Then they keep charging you. I have one unit full of stuff andnthe other has been cleaned out since December. This has been the worst experience ever. Run somewhere else.
