I have moved a lot and used many storage facilities. This was by far the best experience I've had. I inquired online and within just a few minutes, I was sitting with Tiffany in the office. Her welcoming personality and professionalism earned her the title GOAT in my book! The units are easily accessible, clean, and affordable. I'd recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

Michelle Yelmi GarciaIf i could give this place 0 stars, I would. Don’t rent from this place!! Honestly, the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. We were given a birthday coupon and once we called to apply it, they were not willing to help us and told us we were aggressive and rude. We asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and nobody answers the phone ever. Also, they took off our military discount without notifying us and said we never said we were active duty even though on the lease contract we checked the active duty box and confirmed when we signed the lease. The lack of communication & the customer service from this establishment is baffling.
