The GENTLEMAN at this location was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring. He took the time to make sure he could help us immediately and guided me through the complete process from filing out the paperwork, to moving our items into storage, to checking in during our rental time, to moving our things from the unit when we no longer needed the service. Great Customer Service is nice, but this Gentleman provided my family so much more during a very difficult time. And what’s more, he provided it not because he knew my family’s hardships, but because he practiced great customer service daily.
