Manager Bree was exceptionally on task and ready to serve me when I arrived. She immediately had the storage space that I needed and it was readily available. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Her experience was not unnoticed. I highly recommend contacting this Cube Smart location on Murfreesboro Rd if ever in need of storage and ask for Ms Bree.

The cheapest I could find with a promotion. Contactless & very efficient. Emails are thorough with all the instructions you need to get access to your unit. Friendly customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone that is needing last minute storage or even a discounted price.

Extremely disappointed. My brother has been paying for this storage for 3+ years. He discovered two years ago that a raccoon had been living in the unit, chewed up a lot of personal property, defecated and urinated all over his items (see pics). He contacted the company and they stated he would have to file a claim, and they never fixed the ceiling! The company has a very careless and hands-off attitude toward customer complaints. They replied to this review and asked to email them, so I emailed them and they did not respond. Update after a month: company has not reached out to my brother to rectify the situation. It is obvious this is a location where managers/owners not only allow your private property be destroyed, but they do not seem to care. Be advised they routinely raise rates. My brother’s rates went up multiple times over 3 years. Update 3 weeks later: no response from company. They not only do not take care of facilities, but raise prices frequently and do not demonstrate any concern for their customer’s loss caused by them. Do not recommend-ever. Rent here at your own risk of loss. There are a lot of storage options nearby and around Nashville. Select one that will truly store your stuff, protect it, and care. This is not that place.

Well since cubesmart asked for a rating, don’t mind if I do… made the mistake of securing a storage unit before taking a look. Showed up with my car completely full of my things and was completely disgusted by the amount of mouse droppings in the climate controlled facility, including my unit. You could hear the mice moving about over the rafters and inside other units, and probably saw about three of them during the 15 minutes I was there. I had one of the managers come by and take a look — she showed another unit and same thing… mouse droppings all along the corners inside. She swept the droppings out of my unit, and since I had no where to put my items, left them for a couple days while I looked elsewhere. Ended up finding a super clean facility over at Extra Space Storage. Customer service over there is fantastic as well. After I moved all my belongings over there, I contacted cubesmart to let them know about the infestation, and asked for a refund… btw don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t return it. Still waiting to hear back, and as I’m writing this review, they already sent me an invoice for next months rent. Not the best experience. If you’re looking for a place that’s rodent free though with a responsive staff, go to Extra Space Storage!
