The last guy running this place, keep telling me he never had change for when I paid in cash. So , I built up an 11 dollar overage. Now he quit and put in my account a cash payment of 11 dollars. I never received any cash back from this pace. The guy running this place stole my 11 dollars before he quit. How many others did he steal from that paid in cash?

For the second time this month my husband is inside the fence and cannot get out because the keypad is not functioning. There is no on-site manager. Dont rent here. I had to leave work to get my husband out. The other gate can be used if the keypad malfunctions but it's locked with a chain. The on-site manager is not at his trailer. We will be looking for another storage facility.

Great experience! Great customer service! Sammie went out of her way to make this experience superior. From day one on the phone through the rental process and truck rental over a 3 month period, it was service above herself. The company should be proud to know she runs day to day operations!! I can honestly say it’s raise time on her end!! Don’t even chance losing her!!! She is a dedicated, energetic and customer first type manager. She went out of her way and found moving laborers to assist us in the move. She is the go to type leader this company needs. I will recommend her services to all my friends and will stay in touch for other types of help that my mother in law may need. If I had a business in the area I would do my best to lure her away!!!!! You can’t go wrong with Woodruff Storeage with Sammie in charge!!!

If could give zero stars I would. The facility was fine until it was not. I was storing some equipment there in the lot. Unfortunately between yesterday and last time I checked on the equipment ( 28 days ago) it was stolen $40,000 worth of equipment GONE. It was a weekend when I noticed the equipment missing and when I arrived the gate was WIDE open. I returned twice that night and arrived early in the AM the next morning and the gate was open the whole time. I was told that the "gate is left open on Sundays" and that it (the gate) is frequently broken. I was never notified that the lot was often not secure. We'll see how it all shakes out, but I would look into other lots/facilities before choosing this one. Sadly, it had to happen to me. I hope this never happens to you.

This location does not have anyone working there. You have to download the U-Haul app for truck rental. First time I used the app worked fine it walks you through each step.
