I've only been renting a short while, but it's been great the whole time. The facility is easy to access and very clean, and service is fast and dedicated; a few days into renting, I realized I needed a bigger storage unit and Staci was great about getting me moved to a larger unit, with minimal fuss. Highly recommended!
Norman MarinoGood location, clean units, but typical storage company. Good rate when you sign up, but rates increase every couple of months until maxed out. The storage company's tactics which basically force you to buy their insurance coverage, are why I moved out. My homeowners insurance company insisted that my contents coverage was adequate to cover the contents of the storage unit, but the verbiage on the homeowners policy could not be changed to meet the requirements of the storage company.

Susan SalamoneI have been a customer at Prime Storage in Five Forks Simpsonville for about 7 years and have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and helpful, the premises are kept very clean, the temperature controlled units I use are always clean and I feel safe being there at nearly any hour that they're open. Staff members are sometimes away from the front office, but usually return within 30 minutes from working somewhere onsite. Recently, I needed to downsize my unit and Anne & Stacy helped me get a great rate on a unit in the same building for a smooth transition.
