We were very impressed with the exterior and interior of this place. And everyone was so easy to work with. Climate controlled and super clean. We were dreading the number of boxes we had to carry. When we got there they had hand trucks to use. What a relief. The unit was very clean and they also provided a lock. We were storing collectibles and wanted the best! I believe that's what we got!!! science officerTruth being told, navigating both the physical facilities and the website became less convenient than I thought. Granted, I’m not a self-storage pro. Fortunately, there was a phone number to call(I hate calling numbers). On the other end to guide me was the patient and helpful Leslie R. She navigated the through process, and literally helped me navigate through 3-d space from one location and unit to another location and unit —think mission impossible. I’m leaving out a fair amount but suffice it to say, she took me from a semi stressful experience w a trailer attached to someone who would recommend w 5-stars Customer service is not dead lads!
Steven SheelyThe service was great. Casey was funny, patient, and very understanding. An amazing person. On the other hand, what's not amazing? The building, the doors dont want to open, I was stabbed by a screw in the wall, and the hauling carts they provide (thank you anyways) were broken. LIKE BARELY FUNCTIONAL AT ALL, missing wheels, parts falling off etc. However it did make my job easier nonetheless. 4 stars (Casey carries your reputation)
