The front office staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to inquires. The storage unit was easily accessible, clean and well lite. The facility has a code access gate and each climatized building has the same safety measure in place. Inside the buildings there are security cameras that are in working order and a monitoring system in the front office. The only negative thing is the access road, as it is narrow and tricky to navigate. Overall, it’s a great complex and would not hesitate to recommend.
Cindy KlingI've had my belongings in storage with Extra Space Storage for a long time now. They offer gate access codes and climate controlled units of different sizes (I actually have two different sized units). The two buildings that the climate controlled units are in are secured with an access code as well. They also offer outside units, if that's what you're looking for. The staff have always been great and they are very friendly and helpful; especially Jeff. He was very helpful and I really do appreciate his professionalism and the quickness of which he was able to resolve my issue. Overall great experience. I recommend this storage facility!
Lady MonsenEasy to sign up, didn't even have to worry about going out & buying a lock & key. It was on a Sunday, they were closed but instructions were there & after hours help on the door was very helpful. It's also really helpful that the owner lives right there & was able to help me when system was not registering my entry code.

However, I spoke with Jeff and he was able to lock in a very reasonable rate for 6 months. I am using climate controlled storage and it is everything you could expect. Very secure facility. Helpful staff. Overall, very satisfied.
