I had a great experience with this storage unit facility. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. Access hours were convenient, and the unit was exactly as described. A special shoutout to Joe, the facility attendant—he is awesome, always available when needed, and genuinely delightful to talk with. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was fair with no surprises. I would absolutely use this facility again and highly recommend it to anyone needing storage!

He was friendly, professional, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. It could have been a stressful situation, but his positive attitude and great customer service really put me at ease. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful he was, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their storage unit. Great experience overall!
RichardExtra Space Storage is easily accessible with your phone on the App , no leaning out the window with your boat trailer hanging in the road at the entrance gate. The facility is spotless , very clean , kudos to the staff . I received an orientation with Joe who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the site availability for my needs . (Parking a 31’ boat and trailer . ) They even have a wash down area available . Security is a must so cameras , automatic gates , lighting , and having the staff around is a plus. Easy online paperwork made signing up for the space quick and painless . One suggestion would be to have a site map available online in order to see where your rental is in relation too the layout. Overall a great five star evaluation, highly recommend !
