LuluA while ago, I got a unit at the facility online. It was a great deal, but slowly the fees increased, even tripled. I went to the office to make arrangements to move out and look for a different facility. Linda was able to find me a larger unit for less money and told me about a program to lock the fee for 6 months. It was worth visiting the office because Linda was incredibly knowledgeable & saved them from losing a customer.
