Extra Space is superb, but especially their manager Bob at the Bowman Road in Mount Pleasant SC office! He’s always so courteous, professional and friendly with his payment reminder calls, and in person. The former manager, Robert, was also just extraordinarily professional, friendly, and nice. Employees that go above and beyond the norm with customer service is rare, these two guys do, kudos to them!! And to the company, with their great functioning app. 5 Stars all the way!

Bob also advised that the unit size i needed someone rented but sent us to his other location which was so appreciated. I would so highly recommend this storage facility, as it's clean, it's safe. Just perfect for what we needed. Customer service outstanding can't say enough about it.
