Abbagelle VasquezI got a storage unit on Saturday and no one could answer the phone to give me the gate code. I had to go buy a whole other Storage unit I think it’s ridiculous that the manager has a phone number up there and never call no one back. I hope I can get a refund because I think it’s pretty shitty that they take your money online but yet don’t give you a gate code y’all need to do better as managers and a business if you’re going to take peoples money at least give them the gate code.
