Throughout the yrs in different states I have had to use several other storage facilities (always keeping my main storage here) no one compares! They need to be taught how to run a storage facility- this place is: clean, efficient, user friendly (especially with billing and keeping the customer updated about storms and such) and any changes that are occurring! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Callie & Valley Storage.
Shelly BootheCallie went over and above in her customer care but when my father in law, who is new to the area asked her the best place to buy a clothing rack on wheels she got online gave him 2 store options, the prices and the isle they were located! The property is very clean. Only wish there was a bathroom available for after hours, maybe with the code given to get in to the property. Otherwise fantastic service!
