I had a great experience with this storage facility and couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service provided. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. A special thank you to Leah and John for going above and beyond. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a team that takes such pride in their work, and it definitely shows here. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to store their items. Great job, Leah and John!

Back a few months later to say that Ms. Leah also goes above and beyond when there are needed Disability Accommodations. It's better Customer Service than I've received in the majority of places in various industries. [Also, I've never been to the Florida units, so idk why the owner responded talking about Florida? Ms. Leah is in Greenville, SC and it doesn't feel fair to see her work used for other locations? Idk.] This is actually a placeholder for me to come back and elaborate when I'm through this mess of a transitional move, BECAUSE... ﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎ The Manager of this Facility, Leah? Hands-down amazing Customer Service! Compassionate for the stress of moving when not handled appropriately and on point with being aware of what's going on at the facility! I'm having to leave my belongings instead of having them moved Out of State to my new apartment with me and she is literally the reason I've come back here to meet my needs with more units to extricate the mess I've been left with. She's also the sole reason that I feel comfortable leaving my belongings behind until I figure out the next step for transporting them cross-country. And, YES, they do actually have spots for you to have Containers delivered to have unpacked! [You just have to communicate with the Manager of the property to ensure it's done correctly/they're aware.] She's made this smoother than it's been going and alleviated a lot of stress. ﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎﹎ 😅. That's why I'm ensuring to leave this placeholder, because others should be able to find places like this to help them make stressful moves/storage less stressful. ════════ ETA: The Online System makes this super accessible. I noticed they have accessible units. I do think one recommendation would be new carts, BUT that's everywhere pretty much. Ms. Leah is ALWAYS looking for how to make the facilities better from cleaning to even [whether she knows I heard this or not] repainting. I like it because it's not a Corporate Company either. Moving into an apartment from a 4 bedroom I will absolutely need a unit where I'm going eventually and I'm worried I won't find a place like this there. 😅 Ms. Leah has spoiled it for me. If you have recommendations for improvement, she's actually listening!

No doubt the best storage space I have ever used. Leah is a joy, very efficient. Always happy to help. The location is well-maintained inside and out. I never felt unsafe, even after office hours, to access my unit. The rate is locked for a solid year without the worries of having to worry about high cost. The price is competitive and just a no-brainer. I have been a customer for more than 6 months, and I can't recommend it enough.
