Extra Space Storage is very easy to sign up and the people are great
My family is moving from NH to SC and we had to get a storage unit before moving into our new house. We were able to easily find a unit and reserve it on their website. The staff that work there were very friendly and helpful. The application that they use is great, too. It allows you to open the gate without having to use the code key. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Heather is The best! She went above and beyond to take care of our needs! The price of our storage unit was the best in town. The cleanliness of the units and overall property is superior. The employees are constantly cleaning and making sure the grounds are nice. I have had many storage unit experiences and this one by far has been the best!! I will also add that I slept well at night, knowing my belongings were safe and sound behind a gated entry and within an air-conditioned space.

Very clean facilities with excellent online access. Easy to get into and out of. I would recommend this location highly. Really helpful, clean and easy to get in and out. Phil AikenI use two storage units at this location and have been very pleased with the overall location, and have been especially pleased with the customer service from Heather and Linda. They helped me greatly with finding convenient units that fit all my items right next to each other, and outdid themselves by holding a third unit that I wasn’t sure I needed when I asked them to. I ended up not needing the extra unit, but I’m glad Linda and Heather were looking out for me in case I did!
