I came into Extra Space on Saco Lowell in Easley and was immediately greeted by Ms Brandy! She was very professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Ms Brandy had a beautiful personality. We talked and laughed about the weather. Ms Brandy proceeded to ask what could she help me with. I explained to Ms Brandy my sister situation. She pulled up several options with costs and explained in detail each package etc. She showed me a 10×10 unit that was perfect for my sister. She went over insurance,, adm fee, senior discount etc. Very thoroughly.and explained to me what my nephew would need to do on line. Ms Brandy also let me see unit again so I can take a picture. She went above and beyond!! I would refer everyone to Extra Space Storage. I have a storage at another site and Ms Mary is Awesome over there.

Angelina LittleI would not recommend any of their facilities. I just received notice that my storage fee has been raised for the 3rd time in less than 9 months. Now, I have to move everything back into my home because there is no way I am paying almost $400 to store my belonging. This company has no shame. No wonder I am always seeing empty units and unpaid units. Do not fall for the low cost to store your things. That price only last for 3 months. Then your rate will go up an extra $100. Your next hike will be an additional $150. The facility is a scan!!!!
