I rented a unit at the Easley location. It was sketchy on the outside and even worse in the inside. Didn't even bother to unload. Black mold from water damage, dirty floors, and gaps in the plywood flooring to the outside (not shown in pictures). The cost after the promo expired ($2 for 2 months) was $85. One star is generous. Take your money to Smart Storage that is next to these guys. A bit more expensive, but very clean and climate controlled.
Kind KenderI got behind on the payment. They put a lock on it and made out like they were going to let me catch up. They took all the money from me to catch up the payment then I was able to take everything out. Except someone, the only people that could have done it, took everything of value. The owners pilfered my stuff, put a lock on it and took the money under false pretenses.
Chris McNeelyTammy was great to work with over the years and always responsive. However the owner has never designated assigned spots and my “spot “ was taken 4-5 times which for a 21 ft boat not easy just to park anywhere and very frustrating. Never had any security issues.

Theris CheeksYou pay so much I wish I could have had enough time to find another storage building when you go in the gate you can not turn left or right bc it’s too small then if you have to back out with a U Haul there’s absolutely no room I’m paying 95.00 for a 10 by 10 I had to leave stuff behind that I’ve had for years like my painting chair over priced the highest insurance to protect your stuff is 2000 bucks a lot of peoples belongings like my own is worth more than 2000$ and they receive the insurance money for any and all damaged storage units the person 2000$ how far is that I’d research before jumping if you move start researching months before just getting a storage build at any Eagle Guard
