We had an absolutely horrible experience with Top Lock Self Storage in Dillon. They don’t open on time, have zero emergency contact options, and no customer support. I paid online, but the access code didn’t work, and every single phone number listed goes unanswered. Avoid this place if you value reliable service and security. We have been callibg and waiting here since 8am it is now 10am. No one is here and no one answers phones.
