It was a cool idea to have virtual assistants sign you in, Laura was exemplary! Quick and easy, no worries. Great price.
I needed storage space for long term for a reasonable price.
I needed an easily accessed storage space with access every two months. The price was extremely reasonable; the phone access was good; the on site agent was very helpful; and the virtual assistance was exceptional. This is the best site for the money in the Hilton Head Island area.
I just needed a small storage space to keep my beach gear.
The Go Store It facility in Bluffton is the most affordable in the area. The Virtual manager technology is awesome. The process to secure a space was simple and the check in and move in process was quick and easy.

Danielle was so on point from start to finish. She was very professional and knew how to make clients feel at home! I returned to bring more items the next day and Danielle was outside with another client showing them a unit. She stopped politely, took the time to say hello asking if we needed anything!! You need 100 more of her in your company.

My experience was good. The storage unit is clean. Price is right. The person I oriented with in the kiosk stage was patient, thorough, and a sweet disposition. We had a few snafus and she handled them with grace and patience. It's been a few days am sonfortunate to get a good location next to ky other storage unit. Comes in handy. One teouble I am having with both units is how the alot doesn't line up easily with the cross bar going in. I am hoping Incan get thst rectified, otherwise so kuch to the positive here.
Angela WilliamsYou walk into the room where there are two pedestals holding an iPad- like device. Within 30 seconds, an employee appears on the screen on the wall in front of you. Together, you’ll complete your rental agreement, and you go to your unit. A lock and key will be inside the unit, waiting for you. These are not climate-controlled, so you should bring a broom to sweep out any leaves that may have blown inside. The rows are tight, allowing only one vehicle at a time in between. The cars can all be lined up, but you will not be able to pass each other. The sign-in process is very easy with the employee, who is very kind and knowledgeable.

We had to switch units (see below) and they honored the price for the original unit. > Bad: The initial unit we rented was not true to size. We have rented many storage units and realize the measurements can vary a little bit, but with this was significant enough that it would not accommodate one of the items we needed to store. Had to unload and reload into a larger unit. Mice droppings in the unit. No visible mice/rat bait stations around the property. (Mice can destroy things in addition to being unsanitary). Narrow driveways and big drop from unit to the ground.., so can be difficulty to load/unload. We had to make our own ramps. Difficult to get a live person if you have an issue.
