From an awesome check in all the way to our check out, when Ray and Linda were so helpful to us as we worked to move out before our rental end date, the experience was a 10/10. The facilities are clean, well-lit, and well taken care of. We would definitely rent again.

However, after receiving a message from one frantic aunt, the AMAZING woman that manages the Quaker Lane facility took the time, on one of the busiest days of the year, to travel to the storage facility to assist my niece with obtaining entry into her storage unit, ultimately saving Christmas 🎄 for my niece and great nephews.
