Beau JacquardI wouldnt trust these people! Not only was several emails and calls ignored several months ago regarding improper draining on the property (flood drains approx 4-6 inches raised above ground) that caused damage to my property, but randomly they began auto charging my card without permission. I distinctly DIDNT set up auto pay because I was transitioning my small business banking to another institution, but doesnt seem to matter to them. I also emailed 3 times at the begging of my final month that I was fully cleaned and vacated, to no reply from them whatsoever...BUT they certainly did continue to charge me! Its unfortunate I have to waste my time clearing this up with my legal team and my bank, but dumps like this give us small business owners a bad reputation and inability to build trust with the public!
