Clean facility and friendly staff very helpful
Great Value, Great staff
This was a very pain-free experience to reserve, secure, and access the storage facility. It only took a short time. I think in total I may have spent 30 minutes total. The two ladies I spoke with were also very profesional, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure I understood everything followed up when our call dropped, and helped make it easy to find the storage at the facility. The app, website, and emails also were informative, clear, and helped make a complete experience.

I spoke with Liz at the Johnston location today who helped me greatly! I called with great concern and she advised in detail what my options were to move forward. She then said she would look into things and see what could be done to help me. I wasn't expecting a response until Friday when I planned to call back. Instead of me having to wait until Friday Liz took it upon herself to call me back today and made great effort to help me which kept me from having to close my storage unit account! I am very happy with the customer service I got today, Liz was great help and very attentive!
