BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR. We rent from the Bristol RI storage unit and Robin is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and proficient! When we ask questions or need direction, she is always clear, concise, kind and ready to help. The storage building and units are very clean, they have carts available to help make moving boxes and heavy items so much easier, and elevators. The hours we have access to our indoor storage unit are great because we can go before work, after work, on weekends and it’s well lit. I am very thankful I found this company!!!

He could see I was going through something really hard and he was empathetic and so helpful. I am so glad I went in when I did and went where I did. Thank you so much for helping me during such a hard time of my life. I never thought I would need one of these. But it felt so nice to not feel so alone and to actually feel cared about. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!!

Andrew SBristol extraspace location is well run. Clean building, polite management, good access to units via two covered garage bays and secondary door entry. Only complaint is the lighting timers are set very short per corporate policy and rigid pricing structure by corporate means regular increases.
