Experience went better than expected
Very easy to move your things, they provide you with carts and a convenient elevator if needed. Maps all over walls and signs to guide you around.

Easy to enter and access unit. Directions were spot on and super helpful. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t figure out how to turn the lights in the on but we msde do.

I had a great experience! I used a unit at this facility for about one year. Pricing is fair, no hidden fees or frequent increases. The unit was clean, dry, and lights in hallway keep unit well lit. There are carts to use and they have an elevator for second floor storage. Some nice feature is keypad and gated access entrance to facility, and security cameras. The only negative thing I can say is the carts are not located near the elevator. Dustin and Eric are very accommodating, great customer service!

S. MPrime Storage in General has been ok to work with. But their rules and procedures on fees and unit rent is not customer friendly. They raise the rent in units when ever they like. . I was moving at the end of Sept, when my landlord didn’t have the apartment ready. I had to move it a week. So instead of me paying the additional week, I had to pay an entire month because Prime Storage doesn’t “pro-rate” days. So my unit sat empty…at least that’s what they told me, who knows. Either way, I had to pay for the entire month. They are not “customer friendly” either. So I wouldn’t recommend Prime Storage to anyone.
Roderick LaFountainRented 2 spaces in June 2025. One inside and one outside. The outside space was not suitable because getting in and out was nearly impossible. Had to take it because nothing else available. Was told there was a new space being worked on and I could move to that space when it was ready. I waited from June through July August September and finally on October 8 I received a call that the space was ready. I advised I would be in to view the space at 2:00 PM that day. When I arrived at 2:00 PM I was advised the space had been rented to someone else on line. Never advised that they could not place a hold on the space or that I needed to come in immediately just rented the space with no notice after waiting for over three months. Located a different location and terminated the space with Prime. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
