I recently moved into Devon Self Storage – York, and my experience has been excellent so far. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable with my unit and the terms. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. I truly appreciate how attentive and welcoming the team was. Great customer service makes all the difference, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area

Vivian DiazI made appt for storge unit for my Uncle Angel from the representative that answered and scheduled my appointment they were super supportive spoke and answered all my question then went in person with my Uncle from the time Jocelyn let us in to the storage facility she was very attentive to my uncle's needs respectful eye contact amazing and answered every single question without hesitation what so ever we left feeling like family she was Amazing! I def would recommend which I already did recommend a couple people she's AMAZING! Great Job Jocelyn
