I am very happy with the service ive gotten from Romeo, the property manager of the facility. He's gone above and beyond to resolve a few issues I've had with checking in and an issue with the elevator i had yesterday. It was down and my unit is on the 5th floor. And the other elevator only goes to the 4th floor so he went with me to the 4th floor and helped me take my stuff up to the 5th floor via the back stairwell. The space is perfect for my needs as well. Im extremely happy with the unit and service I've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend then to my family and friends.

David CurranGreat facility, climate controlled with lots of security. My only complaint is that there are some restrictions on access hours, which doesn’t seem necessary given the security. A tip for new users: the garage floor slopes toward the doors. Pull in as far as you can so your cart is less likely to roll away from you. Keep the cart wheels perpendicular to the garage doors. Also you may need to hold the door-close button until the overhead door is all the way down.
