Customer service is very helpful!
Much more than I expected
I have never used a storage facility before, but I have been to several. However, I have never been to one as clean and well organized, and customer focused as this one. First, I was able to complete the paperwork online. All I had to do was show up with my stuff. I was directed by the friendly staff on where to go and what to do. The topper was that the Lock and instructions where waiting for me in a nice little gift bag inside my locker.

I can honestly say that Ashley made my experience so smooth and stress free. Moving and storing items can be overwhelming, but she was patient, kind, and very responsive. Anytime I had a question, she handled it quickly and professionally. The property is clean and organized, and you can tell she takes pride in keeping everything in order. It's rare to find great customer service like this, and ! truly appreciate it.

You can tell management actually cares about the space being professional and ready to use. Load-in was easy, the layout made setup simple, and everything was organized in a way that saved me a ton of time. The lighting and accessibility were a huge plus. I was able to bring equipment in without hassle, and the environment felt safe enough to leave gear while prepping. The acoustics were also better than expected, which made rehearsing and recording much smoother than other places I’ve used. Customer service stood out the most. Communication was clear, fast, and respectful from booking all the way through checkout. Any question I had was answered quickly, and they were flexible when I needed a little extra time finishing up. Overall this place is reliable, professional, and worth every dollar. If you need a stage unit for rehearsals, content creation, performances, or events, this is easily a 10/10. I’ll definitely be booking again.
