Started rental under Stark Holding. It has never been kept up well and has a lot of mice, but it was fair priced at the time and close. . Since being sold, it has gone up in price several times and is now significantly higher.(like $100.00 more). Renting a unit is simple and convenient. However, when you have an issue and need to speak to a manager, good luck getting called back and other staff is not very knowledgeable.

The best public storage in the area! We Store is a clean neat facility and well kept. My stuff is safe and secure and my things are protected. I first used other self storage close by, but I was not happy with management and the site did not feel secure.

Hanover Township Location: If I could rate 0 I would. Once you become a month past due they start threatening you that they are going to auction off your belongings. When you are past due a manager has to take your payment and they say they will call you back and they hardly do. I had initially got in my unit with the previous owner last year. I haven't been to the facility since we store had taken over from Stark Holdings. A year later I go and retrieve my belongings from the climate controlled unit which is not climate-controlled at all. Many of my items have been ruined and moldy. Not to mention that there have been vagrants living within the facilities there is garbage beer cans food and also random furniture within the doors of the climate controlled units. Today I had called to cancel my rental of the unit which I do owe past due balance. Instead of billing me this company had decided to try and take whatever I owe from previous payment methods. Some of these previous payment methods are not in my name. I have had family members pay with their cards for my unit and without their authorization over $300 has been being tried to take out of their accounts. The business practices of this company are shady and not recommended whatsoever. I wish I had taken pictures of the storage units with all of the garbage in them. They had put up a gate that you need to text to get in but it isn't keeping people from coming in and living in the spaces where your belongings are.
