Quick Online Reservation
I needed a very small unit in a hurry and I was able to reserve it online. The size was perfect and it was very clean.
Easy and quick
Online booking makes the experience super quick, I had trouble finding the map on the confirmation emails but if you download the app makes everything so easy. I would say, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a reason I booked online and I got three calls from customer service to make sure everything was alright, I think one wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been enough. It was appreciated tho.

This facility is very clean inside and out. Easily found my unit. Love the cute welcome bag. The unit itself was spotless inside. Everything was very easy to do with this facility. Thank you!!

They didn’t try to sell me a bigger unit just to get a higher fee from me. I really appreciated that.
Erin PetersWhole experience was unorganized and unprofessional. I paid for a unit in which I was sent a ridiculous map to an area that was numbered. Called numerous times and finally spoke with a third party guiding me to a unit. I get a call the following day, the unit the rep guided me to was incorrect. The rep that is local refused to work with me so I had to get my movers back to remove items then to another unit. I had to drive to sign a new contract to obtain a passcode and unit. The rep in house gave me the wrong code & unit # AGAIN! I had to pay movers TWICE and they took absolutely no accountability. NOTHING. If I had a backup I would NEVER store my items there. They are disorganized and take ZERO responsibility. Do not recommend, at all! Zero stars if I could since I am out $800 Pic of where the units were but no numbers coordinating to map
