I had a very pleasant experience with these guys. I was able to take care of all of my needs in a timely fashion because of there prompt attention to my needs. And their prices are more than reasonable. The agent that helped me on the phone took her time and gave me the best of everything. Quality service at Great Prices ... you cant ask for much more. One less thing i have to worry about. Thank you Stirage Sense ... I will definitely recommend your company to others.

My review is based on the service I received during the reservation, I will be moving in when school is about to end for my grandson
I was told it was an outside unit it was inside...I was also told it was the same space as a 10×10 but it's 75 square feet
The quality of the storage unit was not very good. I paid almost $150 a month and the door would frequently get stuck and fall off of the tracks. The door was very hard close. Both corners of the door had trouble staying on the tracks and I would frequently have to spend several minutes trying to get the door back correctly. The door would also lean to the right too much which not allow the metal bar to slide and properly lock the door. It was very difficult to get the door closed upon each visit. It was very frustrating. I also had a lot of trouble with my gate code for the gate entry. My gate entry code did not work one time. Each time I wanted to enter my storage unit, I had to call customer service for a temporary code. Custer service stated that a manger from the storage facility would then reach out to help me with my gate code issues. That never happened. I never received a call about my gate code issue and I continued to have problems with it. I decided to move out of my unit at Storage Sense because I found another storage company closer to my home with better quality storage units, much cheaper rates, and better customer service. I was with Storage Sense for a few months and continued to have issues throughout my whole stay.
Clean space. The only problem I have is that there’s usually no one in the office whenever I need help. When I call it just takes a long time to get a response back. I either have to wait back for a response or try to call earlier in the day. Other than that, it’s very convenient and I felt like my items are very safe.
I reserved a unit via chat. Often chat is delayed and not a smooth experience. My agent was knowledgeable, providing clear instructions and transparent pricing. We concluded over the phone to ensure a secure transaction.
Prices are a little high but very reasonable business to work with, I did everything online withought having to go in person to talk to someone, my scheduling is a little tight so it worked out
Since I'm a student, I was seeking for a place to store my belongings throughout the summer. The service my school provided was very expensive, so I decided to look online to see what else was available. I found storage sense, did some research, and decided to buy a unit. I couldn't be happier with my choice because it was both affordable and secure, and signing up was incredibly simple. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, but especially to students who need to store things for a break.
