Very nice, clean and spacious place.
I had a very good experience with moving in and with the renting process, costumer service was very helpful and great.

Clean, easy to enter and store items, easy to lock and open.
You have to phone ahead to set up an appointment to get service sometimes.
Dropped by to finalize the renting of the unit. The sign in the window said OPEN but no one was home. Wasted trip. After calling and leaving a voice message, I was able to hook up with the manager the next day and we went over any outstanding paperwork. That piece went fine.
Poor service
I try to see the units went up there twice..no one there...the manager got back to me in an email but never a good time to come see the units...I won't give them my business

Do not recommend due to predatory business practices I'll start with some positives to the facility. The hours are very convenient, the location is fantastic, and the building itself is usually clean and well kept. I've always had a wonderful experience talking with the office personal. Always so friendly. They PRICE Gouge terribly. I've had the unit for a little over a year now, 4/1/ 2024 till now. In the short amount of time I've had my unit, my price has increased 2 times now in less than a year. There is no justification for these increases. It's literally just to squeeze their patrons dry of more money, and it's a disgusting business tactic. You can see in other review posted that others have dealt with the price gouging as well. Save your self the hassle and money and use somewhere else. Find a place not ran by pure greed. 12/27/2025 Edit - Price Raised again....

From making sure that we understood what kind of truck would fit into the storage facility so we would be prepared ahead of time to helping with any questions we had. Check out was also very easy. I have never used a storage facility before - and if needed I would definitely come back to Storage Sense.
