I recently rented a storage unit from Extra Space Storage in Skippack. Jason was super helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, he took the time to answer all my questions regarding storing a vehicle here temporarily. I would not hesitate to use this facility again given the great customer service, security and cleanliness of the storage facility.

When my monthly fee increased by what I considered an unreasonable amount, I called Jason and he quickly reduced the fee to a comfortable amount. I like Extra Space because the units are climate controlled, eliminating the possibility of moisture collecting and ruining my things (as happened at other places). I also like having my unit on the second floor so I don't have to worry about flooding.)
