Was very easy to rent a unit, customer service was excellent. Clean unit and affordable prices
The lady behind the counter was fantastic with incredible customer service
First I will say the prices here are very reasonable. Renting a storage space online was super easy and the first month was free, you canテ「竄ャ邃「t beat that. This facility is very clean and well maintained. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a storage space, I highly recommend using Prime Storage.
Shoutout Shawn. Great guy and very helpful!!
I was very satisfied with customer service. Highly recomend.
We got everything straightened out with Prime Storage. They helped shovel the snow out of in front of the unit. Thank you.
Friendly, informative, and helpful. Amy is a great person to work with, and her customer service is second to none. Units are clean and exactly as advertised. If you're looking for a place to store your stuff, come here.
I give you an F due to not being able to use my code to get into my storage unit. 4 reps couldn't get me into the unit, it was cold and sat at the storage gate for a hour trying to get in. Tried 2 days straight. Finally canceled my unit. Had to pay 2 days extra for the u haul and they still charged me for the unit for the month and didn't reimburse me for not using it.
It's been good experience so far after 9 mos. Had a lot of problems with claiming the free $100. Amazon card they advertised with new rental of space. Still waiting on credit to my account/or card. They don't seem to know how to make it happen. On the other hand had a great experience with Mr Lawrence at the Quakertown location , regarding a late charge & he was really a wonderful person and great with customer service I recommend this place.
DO NOT USE PRIME STORAGE Here is my detailed experience, which caused me to move out in just 1 week. It would have been sooner, but I work 12 hour week days, which made this waste of time even worse I booked a unit over the phone with the call center. She took my payment and said lease would be emailed to me. The only email I got was the payment receipt. Before moving into the until last Saturday, I also got an automated text from prime. Last Saturday morning I called in to get the info on my unit, since I never received it. The nice gentleman gave me my unit number 1137 and the emergency gate code. The office wasn't opened yet so I proceeded to unload the first truckload. On my way out, a female employee was entering the building. I told her that I needed to sign my lease but wad confused, the unit was smaller than I rented and there was no handle/lock on the door. She asked me to come back, so I did. I returned a little while later. The "owner" of the Location was there. He told me that the call center does not know what they are talking about, that the unit they assigned me should not have been on the market because it has maintenance issues, including not having a handle/lock. He told me not to worry, that he would get me into the 10x15 for the $70(ish) that they told me on the phone. The"owner" and the female employee helped me relocate my items to the 10x15. He offered me a ride back to the office, and proceeded to drive like a maniac, doing jerky back and forth, flying to the office... They asked me to come back in an hour to sign the lease. I went to Topton to get a truck load, returned, and unloaded into the unit. Then I went into the office to sign the lease. That is when they informed me that it would be $130. Obviously, I was dumbfounded. They bait and switched me twice. He then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to move my stuff AGAIN. I told him no, it was 2pm and I have been moving my things in the freezing cold since 8am, I also had to be at work in Allentown in less than 2 hours. I was clearly upset. He said I could come back the following Saturday to move my unit (again) After letting the situation settle in, I was not comfortable at all with the situation. I contacted my attorney and he filled me in on the federal bait and switch laws and advised how to proceed. I put in a call to cooperate and explained what happened on Monday, letting them know i had spoken to my attorney and requested resolve by Saturday or iwould be relocating. Soon after, the "owner" of the Quakertown location called me. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He asked me what my malfunction was...He would ask me a question, then proceed to talk over me. I ended up having to call the call center and let them know that he was not permitted to contact me any further. By Friday afternoon I had still not received a call back from cooperate, so I called for an update. I again was asked for a description of what happened but wasn't offered any resolve...just a promise for a call back. I advised again that I needed to know as soon as possible, because with no answer, I'd be relocating on Saturday. Well, Saturday afternoon came and prime corporate never contacted me. I fortunately found a much more professional facility with a temp controlled 10x10 for only $50. I removed my items from prime and called to let them know, and requested a refund for what I had paid. A photo of the "snow removal" at prime today for laughs, even worse that this is a "handicap" unit... TLDR- this storage facility is unprofessional, scammy, and run down. The person in charge is highly unprofessional and cooperate absolutely does not care how their facilities are being run. Updating to add that i never got a call back or a refund for this unit that I only utilized for a week. I drive past this facility daily and wonder how they remain in business.
