Most pleasant people
I went in only to inquire and inspect the premises and left half an hour later all signed up in large part because of Jenn. The premises is well kept and very secured. Jenn put a ribbon on top of everything by simply being the nicest and most pleasant person you can ever meet.

Very nice facility, with great support staff
I rented a unit here to store some things during a home renovation. It was really easy to reserve the unit online. Almost immediately I was contacted by the facility to finalize details. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and very secure. The staff was extremely friendly, and professional and do an excellent job. I also like that they have a truck that you can use, free of charge, to move into the unit.

I got a storage unit there a couple days ago. The staff was extremely helpful. And got me a great unit at a good price. Also I'm handicapped and they helped find a unit very close to where I can park. I would definitely use them again.

I'm over there a lot and the facilities are always spotless. He's always willing to help out the tenants and just make everything run smoothly. The guy is worth his weight in gold.

Kayla was the one to get all the information I needed and the other ladies Jen and Merranda were also able to answer some questions I had. Very kind and polite. Clean facility. And great security system. Plus I was offered a free truck for my move in. Definitely recommend for anyone. They also informed me they have all kinds of other facilities including art/band rooms, offices spaces and parking inside and out. Can’t beat it. They also have a wonderful referral program so if you know anyone who needs any kind of storage stop down the Etna store. You won’t regret it. Thanks a lot ladies
