They are a good size with a light and average rent. I had mine for 6 months and the cost is causing me not to be able to afford an apartment or home to live in. It does add up especially with extra charges add later. But the owner is nice and Rich. I help that as I am still homeless at 69 and lived with my service animal in my car in a very, very cold winter.
