Lisa BManager April is very kind and friendly. She is very helpful when assistance is needed. I give her 5 stars. Other staff not so friendly. Don't even speak when entering store or walking up to counter. I give them 0 stars. Not happy with their prices. After only 3 months they raised my rental fee $20, totaling $180. Ridiculous!! Never had any issues with unit itself.
