AMAZING!
I am so overly pleased how simple it was to check-in considering the circumstances. I have to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Ms Cathy! She was very patience, super helpful very friendly and even went beyond to make this transaction fast effective and very pleasant. The grounds are well maintained and very nicely groomed. Clean inside units and there is plenty of room to move around huge and bulky items.

The Cheswick location is tucked out of the way so I don't need to worry about any issues of security and my belongings are safe and clean/in a well- kept area. Over the last year, I developed serious heath issues, lost my job and house, and consequently, am now facing overwhelming financial issues. My entire home was reduced to 1 storage unit. I recently ended up getting behind on my rent and went into auction status. Cathy is amazing - one of the nicest customer facing people I've ever spoken to. She was able to take so much stress off of my plate and I appreciate her so much. Veronica and Jim were so incredibly helpful, as well. They were all so understanding and patient with me. They emphasize that they are there to work with you and it shows; they do stand by their word, give you options, and make you feel better about your situation. I couldn't recommend Public Storage more, especially this location. They are good people with kind business solutions and ethics, they're people oriented and truly caring. I would give them my business anytime. 10/10 service
