Nice big clean facility
This is a nice big clean facility fully fenced with security cameras to keep your belongings safe. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed dealing with them. It's in a nice area of Pennsylvania.

Cathy was an amazing help. I came into the office with a few complaints. Despite the snow and her car being stuck in a snow bank she was incredibly cheerful and personable and solved all my grievances in just a few minutes. If she hasn’t gotten a raise she deserves one!
Marc DelBrocco***Update*** I spoke to Jim who is the district manager and he was able to help me out on the increase. It was nice to see companies who actually take the reviews seriously. Overall, I am happy with how he handled things. Everything seemed good with the new owner until I got a letter in the mail today stating my rate is going up $37 more a month. I will be looking for a new storage facility. Sad as I’ve been using this site for 6 years with no issues.
