All around very good service. Very clean units
First storage unit
Ok first experience had some issues when we first arrived and had to call customer service . This is out first storage unit so didn't know what to expect, customer service was friendly. One thing I did want to take notice of was where the security cameras were located and angles for security reasons .

I reserved a unit In Lehighton. Thankful for the gate being open all the time during access hours because no one told me their office was in Bethlehem so I could not get an after hours access code… unit is clean and suits its purpose. Tried to call 3x and was on hold for 20 minutes each time with no answer. Happy with the unit, disappointed in the communication.

Katie was wonderful help. I needed a smaller storage unit immediately, and the process was seamless. Even when I called Katie back an hour later saying I needed a bigger unit, she was able to transfer me to another one in minutes!

The only thing that bothered me was there was no gate code because its broken and being fixed which was a bit concerning. Otherwise I've had a good experience.
