Not a fan. When we moved in, the access codes wouldn't work and it took about 2 hours for someone to come out to let us in. We we told a thunderstorm had messed up the system and the servers needed to reset. Now 6 months later, the access codes did not work and we we told that the codes had expired. ( You think they could have told us) We lost the key to the unit ( that's on us) but when asked for someone to come out with either a duplicate key or bolt cutters. The contact person showed little interest in our problem. Apparently she skipped the customer service class in storage manager. school. We were told she has an all important All- Hands Zoom meeting and she couldn't tell if she could help in 20 minutes or two hours. And did not seem to be care. ( Again a customer service issue) I am glad we will Never use this company again and hope you don't either
Their units were fine and all, but we bought a unit from them and found a lock on it after moving our stuff in. Called them, said we hadn’t paid but we had the receipt saying we did. Showed it to them and they said we had to pay another $100 anyway cause they didn’t see it on their end, but they’d “knock off $25 for the inconvenience.” We ended up having to pay just to get access to our stuff - they completely ignored our receipt and didn’t care that we already paid them. Overall a very negative experience.
This place has been absolutely fabulous! I had a kind of complicated situation and the helped me at every turn. I needed help getting ally items into storage and they recommended someone that took care and unloaded everything and got it into the storage in a organized fashion. The staff at Storage Sense was friendly and so helpful! They explained the fees and charges on an easy to understand fashion. The storage itself was cleaned to a T before I got there. Glad I called and connected with them!
Caleb was very helpful and attentive. He explained the whole process clearly and we managed extremely well with all of his instructions. My son attends Franklin & Marshall and the storage was “3:/ than 15 min away.
Can’t hardly see in my storage unit because there’s a bunch of lights out and after the snow it was a very poor job clearing the driveway 3 lights out and two lights are dim in the main hallway
