Rented a 10' 10 to store my apartment furnature
I went online to find a storage facility and came across Extra Space Storage. It's not far from where I live so this made it very easy to get to if I needed something out of it. The clerk that was working there was very nice and helped me when I couldn't find my unit. When I drove inside of the facility, I was amazed by the way it looks inside. Very warming and comfortable. I am so glad I chose this particular storage space. Thanks a lot...you guys are the best! I rented the storage unit online 3/22/2025 moved my belongings in on 3/28/2025. I highly recommend y'all!

THE BEST IN HARRISBURG.. I had to do an emergency move and needed storage same day and got the 1st month free! If u need storage space come here!! Very clean, spacious and convenient. Shoutout to RED AND SPENCER they hooked me up it was really a blessing I am so grateful for their help like they literally went above and beyond. Customer service EXCELLENT. A million stars 🙏🏽☺️
Amber MarissaI called them today as soon as a I saw my new rent price which threw me for a loop!! The associate named Chris told me to give him 24-48hrs to see what he could do about my new rate. A couple hours later and I got a call from him, he was able to help me get a more agreeable rent and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that!! For almost 2 yrs I've been renting from this company and I love how clean and high tech the facility is, the only time I called was about the rent and was able to be assisted by Chris asap!! Thank you guys for the space and vouching on my behalf, you guys are a life saver!!
Brett WardUnits were nice and efficient, the facility is well kept, and customer service is legendary. The manager, Charles Redman, gave me a thorough but easily understandable onboarding talk and helped me with any service needs I had throughout my rental, and he's so friendly and relatable to interact with. They need to clone him and replace every car salesman and real estate agent with the clones 😂
