At first move in was great. Got the online pricing which we were excited about then they raised the price of the storage unit the next month by a lot and the gate seemed to be broken often. However the lot was clean every time I went to my unit. I still will recommend this storage facility to anyone. It’s in a convenient location and Kevin was very professional.

PLEASE READ- MICE!! I was super impressed with this place when I first signed the lease, the location was perfect and although the price was steep, it seemed very clean. At around month two I noticed a huge amount of crickets in my unit, about 15-20 jumped out as soon as I opened my door. I spoke to the front office and they refused to do anything but about it because they weren't considered "pests". I moved in July 2024, and the monthly rate was raised 3 times since I moved in, which was ridiculous, as the bug issue only got worse. I didn't have my unit even remotely full, and could not justify paying nearly $250/mo anymore. I was able to find a unit 10-15 minutes up the road with the same square footage, and 24/7 access (which was not included in the $250/mo). Upon cleaning my unit out, I was devastated to find mice feces throughout my entire unit, between my tubs and some even chewed into my bags that I had some luxury winter bedding stored in. I did not have anything open or any food in there to invite them in, and I am sick over the fact that I paid that much per month to have my things ruined. I had until the 22nd to clean out my unit, and I cleaned it out the night of the 13th. I wanted to go back the next day after work to show the pictures I took & let them know they had a problem and instead I received an email confirmation of my move out before I could even get there. I still had a week left that I paid for the month in FULL. Although the manager in the office is very friendly, I am extremely disappointed in this place and I am super thankful that I found a better place to store my things.

AVOID like the plague. My rent has gone up significantly every month, and is now more than when I've had to pay late fees — despite no warnings that rent is due until well after the date. I even had to place all of my stuff to a larger (more expensive) unit because the one I initially rented was inaccessible when we arrived. The Prime Storage help desk also had a different access code and layout, so I can only guess what's going on at this location. The front gate is now broken, and other parts of the facility, like lights, are falling apart. Extremely unhelpful, with no communication unless it's to take your money. Would give zero stars if possible.

Easy access and safety! I love the fact that the gate welcomes you by name! Entering the storage unit is a little tough because of my knee and entrance way is on a slight hill with two very tiny steps into it. Ending the contract with Prime, on the other hand, was a NIGHTMARE! I was not informed of the 15 day notification. I wouldn't have been able to give such notification because of my job and living with disabled people. They took my rent money which was raised 3x in 7 months! Won't give a refund even though I needed groceries. The person I spoke to was a real jerk about the situation, too. No empathy! Just repeated they don't prorate fees. Would not recommend using this facility.
