Outstanding
Scott was great to work with from the start. When I had my apartment all cleaned and was at my unit I realized it was not all going to fix in it. Called Scott while at the unit and he took care of me over the phone. Now that is what I call customer service. Could not be happier with all my dealings with him. As a last note when I did close out my account, I talked to Rodney and I have to say the same thing about him, very easy to work with.

I had a third party move the items into the locker and Scott met them, advanced me a lock & met me when I was able to access the locker. He was a true gentleman and a big help dealing with my motherﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s furniture. I would deal with him again any day! Thank you Scott!

This how businesses should be run. I called Scott and gave him a month notice of cancellation even though I had the unit empty. He immediately said no worries, we appreciate the month notice but we'll not charge you for the upcoming month and we were blessed to have you as a customer. I feel likewise. Very blessed to have done business with the garber family. Secure, clean and very fair pricing. I highly recommend them.
