Do not rent
So far I have paid double the agreement per month and the price keeps jumping. I never authorized auto pay but they "apply it automatically" and tried to pull $78 from my account 2 days early. When I asked about leaving they told me that even though I could come the next morning when I was off work they would still charge the full amount for the month. They are manipulative, do not honor first month free, do not tell you about their mandatory insurance fees, the units are vertical storage by the way, I could only fit a WALL of my belongings in the unit, about 3 feet, maybe 4 feet wide. I am about 5 feet tall,I stood inside the unit and closed the door to reach and could touch and had to bend my arms from the back wall to the door. Ridiculous. Sounds great, especially since I was told there was an online booking discount they're not honoring and no military discount, as I'm only storing things for upcoming duty and still being slammed with non reimbursable charges. Just go somewhere else!

This is the first time in a long time we rented a storage unit. The process was very easy! The storage unit is great! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to rent a stirage unit.

Ann KellerGreat experience so far in getting a rental. Had a little hiccup that Melric helped me with and got everything resolved within minutes. Will be moving items into my unit later this wknd. Have driven by numerous times, appears to be very clean and looks quite secure, which is a plus. I’ve heard other people that I know, say how clean they are. Only takes a short time to get everything set up and I am now officially ready to move things along. Thank you Melric for all your help!
Nicole CoffeyI rented a unit from them and so far so good I had a couple questions before I submitted my final payment and I had Krystal and she was wonderful with helping then I went to the actual unit and was confused and had to call back again and I had frank and he helped me as well with my issue my unit was clean no bad smells all pretty simple clean and so far everyone has been very helpful from the start
